How quickly will I receive a response to my inquiry?
We strive to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible. Messages and emails are handled in the order they are received. Generally, you will receive a response within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

How long does it take to receive my order?
The total delivery time consists of:

Processing time + Shipping time

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
    Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipping time: 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)

Overall, you can expect a delivery time of 2–8 business days.

Note:
Large orders may experience slight delays.
No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.

How much is shipping?
Shipping within Australia is free.

Will I receive my order in a single package?
Depending on the size of your order, you may receive multiple packages, which may arrive 1–2 business days apart.

My order hasn’t arrived yet – what should I do?
In most cases, your order will be delivered on time. If delays occur, please wait 3 additional business days after the expected delivery time.

If your order still has not arrived, contact us at support@aussiesmode.com – we will assist you promptly.

When will I receive my tracking information?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number within 24 hours.
You can track your order at any time using our “Track My Order” page.

I received a damaged item – what now?
We’re sorry! Please email us your name and order number at support@aussiesmode.com, and we will resolve the issue immediately.

An item is missing or damaged – what should I do?
Please contact us immediately at support@aussiesmode.com if something is missing or damaged. We are happy to help.

How do I return a product?
If you wish to return an item, contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product at support@aussiesmode.com.

We will then send you a return form, which must be completed and included in the package.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exception: If you received an incorrect or damaged product, we cover the return costs and will email you a free return label.

Please use the original packaging whenever possible. The customer is responsible for securely packaging the item. Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the credit.
