Return & Refund Policy

By submitting a return request through Aussies Mode, you agree to the following terms.
These rules were created to ensure complete transparency regarding our return and refund processes. This policy applies to domestic orders within Germany.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your full delivery. Within this period, you may request a return.

Conditions for Returns
For a product to be eligible for return, it must:

  • Be in perfect condition (new or only lightly used).

  • Be in its original packaging.

Products showing excessive wear, damage, or missing parts (unless caused by our error) will not be accepted.
Returns requested after 14 days cannot be processed.

  1. Download and print the return form.

  2. Fill it out completely and include it in your return package.

Send the tracking number by email to support@aussiesmode.com after shipping so we can track your return.

📦 Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Exception: If you received a wrong or damaged product, we will send you a free return label by email and cover the return costs.

Returns without a correctly completed return form or valid tracking number will not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us immediately at support@aussiesmode.com – we are happy to assist you.

Restocking Fees
No restocking fees apply.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund appears.
    If you still haven’t received your refund after these steps, please email us at support@aussiesmode.com. We’ll respond within 24 hours.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team.
An exchange is possible unless otherwise stated on the respective product page.
